    Planning consent was secured for:

    Planning consent was secured for:

    The scheme was successfully constructed for Peabody Homes.

    Planning permission was obtained for 5 residential flats. The scheme was constructed and the completed units were fully sold on the open market.

    Planning permission was achieved for conversion and extension of the upper parts to deliver:

    • 37 serviced apartments 


  • Unconditional acquisition of a former office building identified for residential conversion.

    Planning permission was secured for the redevelopment of the property to deliver 21 residential flats.
